Black Gold?

Known as Black Gold to farmers.

Humus is the final product of the various micro-organisms and macro-organisms in the soil, which breakdown mineral and organic materials by enzymes and by ingesting them as food and breaking them down further. The result is a rich, dark, nutrient-rich soil.

Farmers and gardeners call humus "Black Gold."
