Declining Fresh Water Poll

The answers to the poll "What is your solution to the planet's quickly declining fresh water supply," the answers were interesting and revealing. Here are the questions and the responses:
  1. It’s a myth. There is no shortage of fresh water. 7.54%
  2. Let ‘em drink beer. 5.88%
  3. It’s a serious problem but I don’t know what can be done. 13.73%
  4. I have started a home water conservation plan. 27.45%
  5. We need to create a new worldwide paradigm for water usage. 45.10%
It’s pretty obvious that the majority of respondents feel that there is a serious worldwide fresh water problem and that something needs to be done about it. It’s also indicative that almost a third of the respondents are already doing something about water conservation in their home. In a new poll, which appears today, the question is asked: “What is desertification.”
